You will need an alpha keypad to program the fob and you will need the programming sheet for your panel.

The current production model is 6160. The older one that you may find used is 6139.

If I get the 6160 is there anything else I need to add a keyfob? I assume its wireless already because it has wireless sensors thru out the house.

I looked where the alarm box is and about 12 inches above it is a smaller white box with two antenna's.

Thats your wireless receiver. You just need the 6160 keypad and a keyfob (Ademco 5804's)
