Well, I pulled the z24 out of my truck and tore it down. While inspecting I found a discrepancy.... my Haynes manual says the main bearing journal should be no larger than 2.1636".... yet the journals on my crank are 2.3580 at the smallest. Block #'s.. Z24 126531
I was told when I bought the truck that it was not the original block, is there any way to tell by the numbers what this block is from or otherwise ID it so I can get the correct rebuild kit?
Thanks
