I am trying to communicate with the Home Automation Module for the GE Concord 4. Generally things are working and I am able to send and receive commands but I am having no luck sending a keypress command that is longer than one key. If I send just one key (say '2' which arms to stay), it works fine. But if I do 5 + 2 (slient stay) or try to disarm by entering my code, nothing happens. Any idea what is going on? If not, who can I contact for help? Can I call GE Security directly?

What are you trying to interface with (Crestron, AMX, etc)??
The home automation module is not programmable...All programming is done via the equipment you are trying to interface it to.

Right now I am just hooked into the module writing a wrapper that talks to it. I am sending messages and receiving them. All is working well. I am trying to send the module a keypress command via code, and that is what is not working as I described. I can send single keypress messages but not keypress requests with multiple keys.

I have the protocol document and things are working fine. I noticed that when I send key 0, 1, 2 and 3, things happen. That is 0 causes the light control to be triggered on the panel, 1 causes "Enter Code" to appear on the touch panels, 2 arms to stay and 3 arms to away. 4 - 9 do nothing. I am also actually getting an ACK from the automation module for 0 - 3, but nothing for 4 - 9. There must just be some key that I am supposed to send that is like ENTER and says my sequence is done, but I am just not sure what. I am not doing a thing different for sending say 5 vs. sending 2, so I know my code is right, something else is happening. Any help is appreciated.
