It is that time of year again- isn't it? I am also trying to freshen up some exterior... However I was hoping someone could reccomend a good paint for a wooden lattice? Also,it has a lot of vine that despite advice I don't want to get rid of. Please excuse the lack of experince! Thi sis my first real house project!

Welcome to the forums!

Usually any latex house paint will work well on lattice work, prime any raw wood. As always you will find better coatings at a paint store than you will at a big box paint dept where their main concern is low price.

I used some Benjamin Moore acrylic latex recently and really liked it.
