I have some spring tension curtain rods that are extended to their full length. I can't twist them in either direction. How do I shorten them again? :wall:

Is it an oval rod with an opening in the back side? If so, there's a little screw like thing that needs to be loosened so you can slide it to shorten it. If it's the round kind, then it's just stuck. Not sure what to tell you except to keep playing with it. If you have some grip stuff, try using that to get a better grip on it.
