I cannot determine the best method for tiling my backsplash. The problem is that there is a window in the center and this window has no trim - only a sill. I cannot place the tile up to and inside the window frame, because the window tilts in for cleaning. It would no longer tilt in, if I placed the tile inside the window. There is a valence at the top with a florescent light mouted on a horizontal board. Because of this, I cannot trim the window with molding and but the tile up against it. Someone please advise ---

Well, there's always a way, but sight unseen, I haven't got a clue. Post a picture of the area an then we'll shoot ideas your way.
