I have an attatched garage. The floor has sunk all the way around an average of 2-3 inches. There are cracks in the floor where the floor has sunk different distances. I know the best answer to this is to have the floor torn up and a new one poured, but until I can afford this, any suggestions as to what to do?

It sounds like the dirt under the floor was not compacted before the floor was poured. There is a process called mudjacking where grout is injected under the concrete to raise the concrete. It is a professionals job to do this. Other than this the only suggestion I haveis to caulk the cracks with a good caulk designed for concrete. Check at your home store.
