my pump works on a receptacle anywhere but in the swamp cooler. there is a weird shaped receptacle where the motor plugs into (which does work), but the receptacle for the pump does not. I've reset all gfi's in the house, i've reset te circuit breaker. what else can I check or do to make that receptacle in the swamp cooler to work? where is the fuse for the swamp cooler? help me please...:wall:

Sounds like a problem in the switch controlling the fan and pump or a broken wire or open connection between the switch and receptacle.
