Hi,
Any help would be appreciated.
Moved in a year ago to a house with PC2550 and just got the indicator showing "defective Stand-by Battery". My main pannel is EN200 Emergency Networks. It is locked. Am i suppose to have a key for it (sorry for the stupid question). I do not think I got one when we moved in.
How do I open it and replace that battery?
Thanks again,
Veredeli

If your panel is above eye level check to see if the key is on top of the enclosure. :)

If The key isn't up there, just break the lock (I use a largish flat screwdriver with a square shank and an adjustable wrench for leverage. It's just a cabinet lock (under 5 dollars to replace).
