I have one zone that uses old steam radiators and is working fine. My other zone is baseboard but will not come on. The basebaord thermostat is controlling the other zone. What should I do?

Greetings!
Have an HVAC/PLUMBER inspect your system. Sounds as though it could either be a stuck zone valve or faulty t'stat.
