We're having an addition built and met with a great company that offers a design build contract. what is the average cost expected for an initial contract? and what are normally the expectations that should be outlined in the contract? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any and everything you can think of should be specified in the contract.

ANY CHANGES AFTER THE CONTRACT IS ACCEPTED =$$$$$$
