Does anyone know if theres a clean out or any access to the heat ducts on a 1990 Ford F250 I have almost total blockage and no defrost

You can start with the cowling. Removing it and using a powerful vacuum cleaner will sometimes bring the stuff out. There is no easy way, except to find where they went in, and that is usually through the floor vent opening on the inside.
