My outside condinser fan is not running. It was working fine then jsut stopped. Could this be a fuse? If so, where would I find it. The inside seems to be blowing cool air, but I am not sure if that is because it's cool outside.

DOES THE COMPRESSOR RUN???? Does the outdoor unit have power???
