Need information on troubleshooting transmition. Checked belts and and chain both ok. Transmition seems to be turning . Can see bearing end turning but, shaft has no forward or reverse movement. Is it possible something out of adjustment ?

The pulley is turning? Are the axle keys missing? What happened, it just stopped working one day? Or did you pull a wheel off to get it repaired, etc...?

Sounds to me like the belt jumped off of a pulley.
