I'm working on a Murray 40" cut riding mower (model # 40603B) that is no longer supported by the manufacturer. There are two belts: transmission drive and pulley drive. I seek the size and/or fractional number of the "transmission drive" belt. Thanks!

Your belt should be 1/2 x90 1/2 sometimes you can still find them at wal-mart .If not ,tell the guy at your lawn mower shop that you want .....stens #265-330 or rotary# 6502 or sunbelt #b1mu25.Hope this helps

Thanks for the info bobaero! I found the belt at Lowe's and listed as replacing Murray #37X61. The Arnold number is 490-500-0010.
