I have a Wizard brand tiller, Western Auto Supply Co., that has a pulley that broke. It is the pulley for forward tine movement. I need to know where to get another pulley. It has a 5 hp b&s engine. Mod - GIS 2025 A78, SER - 7002B1 700. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I tried Toro.com and they don't have that mod #. Thanks.

Some of wizards tillers were made by roper (AYP), but probably not all of them. I don't know who made yours. You might take the pulley to a shop that deals with industrial drives and bearings. They usually have good assortments of pulleys to choose from.
