With much help from NJTrooper, I replaced a burned out switching relay for a gas-fired boiler with a new Honeywell R8445u. I must have knocked an A/C wire loose due to fact that I switched thermostat to "Cool" setting & no response. Wiring goes something like this:
Red: From thermostat to "RT" on 8845u relay to A/C fan coil unit (blower), Another red wire on "RT" goes to 24V transformer- the "juice".
Green: From thermostat to blower
Yellow: From thermostat to blower
White: Herein lies the problem, I think. White from thermostat to WT on R8445u
There is a separate relay with 6 blade terminals (3 on top 1/2, 3 on bottom 1/2). Top right terminal has white wire to fan coil unit. Bottom left terminal has white wire that is hanging loose-not hooked to anything. Same with bottom right terminal- has red wire not hooked to anything.
Any ideas? I can include a rough schematic/sketch if needed. Thanks. :wall:

Just a quick edit or clarification. When I mention fan coil unit or blower, I am referring to air handler in my basement.

The Y from the tstat should go to the outside unit to turn it on at the same time the G turns on the blower for cool.
