I am planing to install baseboard trims in my basement. I have metal studs behind the drywalls. Is it okey to use pneumatic brad nailer , and if so what nail size I should use.

Nails and metal studs are not compatable. Use finishing screws. You may need to predrill if the screws are not self-tapping.
