We are moving and wanted to take our over the range microwave, but the range area at the new house is larger than the microwave is there something that we can purchase to make this work in the larger space?

Over-range mircro's are only bolted to the cabint over the micro and the mounting plate behind. To fill gaps on the side, you could have filler pieces made for the cabinets. And you need a dedicated 115V circuit in the cabinet above.
