Problem:
Blower motor is not a constant speed when A/C compressor is on. You can hear the blower motor try to turn off.
Blower motor is fine when switched to on position and A/C is off.
Blower motor is fine when heat is on.
Installed a new t-stat and it did not work.
Motor and cap were replaced last year.
Any ideas? Thanks...
