hey i have been having problems with my central ac unit which is only 7 yrs old. when the inside unit comes on the outside does not come on every time sometimes i have to switch the thermostat on and off until i hear theouside unit come on. the tech who came said it was the thermostat and changed that only hours later the same thing occured. then when he came back he said it was some low voltage wires outside and he did that and hours later the unit did the same thing. is there anything else i can check or look for---need help
