Any idea how to calculate the current cooling capacity of a unit?

Say a 3 ton, 10 year old unit was originally 3 tons at 70 OA. What is the capacity now?

I found it, thank God I never discard a book. Have to do the CFm in heat calc, then entering and leaving WB readings, use the psych chart with formula to find capacity.
