The drain from the condesation pan from central unit (AC) runs from the pan to a valve just outside the back of the center of my home....leaks so much when using ac...live in south tx so we use it alot. House and unit is 2 yrs old...already have an unsitely rust line on my siding on the back of my house under this valve. creates so much mud and mess...the house next to mine is identical ..they dont have the dripping or rust stain. what do i do...ac tech has been out about a year ago and said is working fine.

Dont get why a valve there?????? Now is this the drain from the AC coil????? Or is it the drain pipe from the overflow pan under the unit??????? If this is the drain from the coil .Id just add PVC pipe to it to run to the ground. if it makes a mess there . Dig a hole and make a dry well. Let the water run into it.
