Carpentry and Woodworking - under deck storage

we built a 16 by 20 foot deck which is about seven feet above ground level and enclosed with lattice and i was wondering if there is come way to protect items that i would like to store under it. right now i only use tarps to cover stuff but was wondering if there is some type of inexpensive material that could be used below floor level to keep the rain from saturating materials stored under the deck. i am not too worried about rain getting in thru the lattice but only rain thru the floor boards of the deck. thanks:wall:

Oh, that's a big improvement over those fabric things that are supposed to keep the under the deck area dry!
