We inherited a loose brick patio- works fine but now there is moss growing in between the brick for one-
Is there something I can put in pressure washer to kill or remove it?
Once I do that- What do I need to brush back into the spaces between the bricks to keep it all together?

There are moss killers available. Many, however, find moss growing between patio bricks as very desirable. Moss can be mechanically removed with old screw driver. Whether you use moss killer or not, you will still have to remove the moss. Then dump some sand on brick and sweep into gaps.

There is a particular kind of sand that you should use... unfortunately, the name of the "type" eludes me at the moment.. The difference is a "round" granule' vs. a "sharp edged" granule (which is the one you want).... The sharp edged one tends to pack tighter than the typical round playground variety...
