Hello - I am new to this formum but I am look ig for advice on how to repair a leaky bathroom sink faucet.

The first problem is that the hot and cold shut off valves are stuck, I can not budge them and I do not want to apply to much pressure as I do not want to snap them off.
They are right on the wall and access is not a problem.
Any suggestions?

This happens to old valves that just sit, unused for years at a time. Unfortunately, the only thing I know is to replace them (after I have snapped off the handle trying to turn them).

Thanks for the reply - I guess I will have them replaced.
