I installed an IPE deck last fall and I want to put my first treatment on the decking. I want to bring back the original color to the wood and was planning on putting on Cabot's Australian Timber Oil. Is there anyone out there that has applied this before? Any concerns/recommendations? Last, since the deck has had little use since its installation, I wasn't sure to the extent how much I needed to clean the deck, or with what should I clean it? Its pretty clean, so I wasn't sure if I needed to apply any high pressure treatment to the wood. Thanks.

I used it after my experience with the Cabot clear turning white in spots after the first year. Stripped off the clear and applied the Timber oil (Mahogany Flame). Seen no color loss after the first year, decided I didn't like the color so I stripped it off. It does penetrate the wood really good, when I stripped it off, the wood looked normal until it rained, then you could see the color come back through. That stain probably could have lasted years without maintence but I didn't give it a chance.
I used to like the color of the natural wood, but this time I went with a solid stain. I used the Olympic Maximum this time, supposed to have an 8+ year on flooring and 20+ year on railing and fences. Did the railing white, and the floor grey, looks good. When it rains, it looks like glass. I'll see what happens.
They can make the Timber Oil any color you want by using the base, or any stain for that matter.
I did see a Natural Timber Oil which may be similar to the Cabot Clear to keep the the looks of the original wood, but I'm in the dark here, never used it.

OOPS, sorry, I missed the IPE part of your post, my deck is pressure treated. Follow this link maybe it will help. Click on the FAQ for the sealant they recommend.
