Hi,

I have a 2 story garage with a barn style roof.
I want to insulate the ceiling on the second floor but I'm not sure what the correct steps are.
Can I just put Styrofoam vents between each rafter, cover with bats of insulation then cover with plastic vapour barrier and then cover with sheet rock?

any help will be greatly appreciated.
