I just moved to new home--the problem is the bathroom is located off the living area. Any ideas?

Describe your whole lay out. Then tell us what annoys you about it?, like sounds coming out of there when company is all seated in the living room? I have always insulated bathroom walls so people don't feel like they need to sing songs in there when they are on the john, when guests are over. Also, if someone is showering and the bedroom wall is adjacent and someone is in there trying to sleep.
