I haven't used this washer in a year or more. It starts right up and it produced pressure for a while. After turning off, I can no longer get any pressure out of the spray (it is in the pressure position). Water is flowing normally in the un-pressurized position. Please give me any suggestions. The power washer is 5 years old, but only has about 30 hours, if that. Thanks.

I'd say the unloader vlave is stuck, and needs to be pulled out, cleaned up, and clean the bore in which it fits. Lube the o-ring(s) on it and put it back together and see where that gets you.
