I painted my bathroom today, with a glaze paint, and I sponged it. I hate it. Want to repaint it tommorrow, any suggestions on how to do it without making a mess, can I just put a latex paint over top of it?

Is the glaze dry?:)

If so...why wouldn't you be able to paint over it with anything you want?:)

How dark is it? Maybe a primer will now be in order.:)

I'm not overly familiar with glaze but suspect a primer would be in order. Ask the help at the paint store [not dept] which primer would be best over the brand/type of glaze you used.

I'd sand the walls lightly, prime and then apply a latex enamel, preferably a kitchen and bath enamel.

Almost forgot  Welcome to the forums ! :D
