Hi,
I have a Moen Tub/Shower teardrop dial type control that is giving me uneven water flow. I am getting very little flow from the cold side. From the off position to the Mid point I get very litte flow. The hot side seems fine. This has happened before and I got it to work again by turning the knob from side to side until I actually felt the feel of the dial change and my cold side had it's pressure back.
Now it has failed again. Previous to this failure I could feel a thump/thud when turning the dial from left to right. Now the thump is gone but so is alot of the cold side flow.
Also, in between this problem re-occouring it seems to have been leaking/dripping in the off position. About a pint day.
What is up with my Moen??
Any body?
