Getting ready to grout my shower/tub enclosure. I'm using a travertine natural brick mosaic that has irregular edges so none of the gaps are the same size. Generally I'd say the spacing is 1/8", but they are plenty of places that the bricks touch and have no space between them and plenty of places that the spacing is 1/4".

I would assume to use unsanded so I can completely fill all the small areas, but will the 1/4" areas crack?

I would use unsanded with the expectation of having to go back over some of the wider joints that may crack a little as they cure.:)
