Hi... I'd like to refinance a 15 year fixed rate 1st mortgage. Im paying 6.7%. I have 8 years left on the note. I'd rather not reset the clock back to 15 years. All the ads I've seen are for 15,20,30 year loans. What are my options for a refinance?

Most lenders will make a loan for whatever time period you wish, fees may vary because one way or another they will make a profit.

They only advertise the most common terms.
