i AM LOW ON OIL ,GAS STATION HAS K1 KEROSCENE ,THE OIL TANK IS IN MY BASEMNT SO COLD IS NOT AN ISSUE. CAN I USE THIS OR SHOULD I LOOK AROUND FOR DIESEL?:confused:

Check your burner manual.
Beckett is O.K. with diesel (no mention of kerosene though).

If you normally burn heating oil (I don't mean kerosene), either will work ok. I wouldn't suggest using kero long term because the pump is probably old & kero can be tough on pumps due to it's lack of lubrication.

The diesel will just cost you more than your PINK fuel oil is all. Thats for the road tax. That KEROSCENE here I saw it at H/D for $34.00 for a 5 gal can.;)
