Looking to install rb foil in attic space over insulation.
Questions are: Are there any major differences in products &
is the method of installing foil under decking (across 2x6's) superior to over insulation? I have very high peaks and can't reach all the way up. Thanks for any insight.

Foil is junk you will be wasting your money. Go with closed cell spray foam or the RB paint.
