Does anyone have an install manual for a Lennox A/H model # CBX32MV-048-230-6-03.

I would greatly appreciated it if you could shoot me a copy. Thank you.

Here you go.. (http://www.hvac-direct.com/pdf_files/installation/504948b.pdf)

Didn't the dealer leave a book behind? They should of.

Once again, Jay, you came through.

Unfortunately, no the dealer didn't leave one. It's a new home and the installer didn't do a thorough job at anything.

Thank you.

I don't want to change anything. I just want it to work right. I've been in this home for one year now, the builder has had four different companies here and it still isn't working right. Believe it or not, it seems that no one is familiar with the proper set up of this unit. By me having the manuals, I can challenge some of the statements that they make. Then they have to come back to me and agree with me. Pretty sad huh?

You can see some of my other posts to see what I have been going through.

Ill still say no way can I see a 4 ton unit set up to heat and cool a 2245sq ft home with 3 zone's set up on it #1- 1645 sq ft #2- 180sq ft and #3- 420 sq ft.
Id stll try and run the unit as one and try and balance each zone so each zone gets the heat or cool it needs. ;)

Tried running it in the vacation mode which is where the entire system is controlled by the stat in the main zone. Since zones 1 and 2 are adjacent to each other with no seperation like a door, that works fine. The third upstairs zone has a door so it can be closed off, and I really don't like sending heat up there for no reason. In addition, since all three zones are receiving air constantly in this mode, during real cold weather, the system soesn't want to shut off even worse than in the zone mode.

The problem as I see it is that homeowners who have the same house as mine and who have a standard 13 seer unit don't seem to have the issues that I do with the upgraded 16 seer v/s system that runs off the Harmony board.

Jay- I have a several questions regarding the manual you sent me. The first is: In the manual it refers to the Harmony II control board on page nine. My system has the Harmony III board. Do you know if the settings would be the same? Is an updated manual available?

Question 2: On pg. 9, in the third Paragraph from the bottom it states that with the Harmony II board, the min. cfm for the 048 series, which is what I have is 850. Yet, in table 8 on page 10 there is a footnote on the bottom stating that for the Harmony II application the min. blower speed is app. 400 cfm. Somewhat missleading, wouldn't you say? I need a clarification. Which is correct?

Again, many thanls for your help.

Thanks for the updated versions. Could you please answer my second question of this AM as the new version also has the same info.

In the new version the numbers are on page 11 and 12.

Thank you.

Looks to me that you need the original load calc to set this.
