I have been sewing home decor items for 8 years now, and have been asked to make a euro pleat on a drape from a picture . I am hoping that you know a trick or two so that the next two weeks are not spent hand sewing pleats. These are going in a doctors house, and have to look perfect. No advice online and the pictures that have come up have paled in comparison to the one I have now. Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the DoItYourself forums! A Euro pleat is made similar to a pinch pleat, but it's only tacked at the top and usually only sewn down 2" instead of 4. If they're longer panels hung on a high wall, you could sew them down 4". You just tack them on the top, near the front but not on the front the same as if you were to tack the front of a pinch pleat. I hand tack them but you could use a machine if that's how you usually tack. I did find a pretty good pic which I attached (click on link below to see it bigger). Pretty easy to do but let me know if you have any questions.
