I am wanting to get Bamboo engineeredhardwood installed over a concreat floor in my downstairs (not basement) living room. The floor is fine, no cracks or leaks. Does Engineered hardwood work well, and stick well over concrete? thanks.

It will with the proper floor preparation, meaning no paint or wall mud, stains, dirt, or any contaminates. They must be scraped, sanded or blasted, and any residue encapsulated.

The concrete must be properly tested for concrete moisture vapor emissions(vapors cannot be seen)

A moisture cure urethane, is a must. Acrylics tend to cause bamboo to do weird things, as it is a grass and not wood.
