Thanks for your help so far. Here are the photos:

I also included pictures of the whirlpool tub I installed. I must say that I'm proud of how it came out on my first real bathroom project. The tile for the tub is the same as the shower. (Please note the 19" LCD TV - installed over my wife's objections)
The shower floor is in and ready to grout. I can handle that.
I will be using 6x6 American Olean Cabot Station purchased at Lowes for the walls, ceiling, curb, and up and over. Bullnose is also 6x6. No other sizes available. Floor is 2x2 marble mosaic also purchased at Lowes.
My tiling technique is decent, but I need help as to steps so that I don't get myself in trouble. Let me describe what you are looking at:
Shower base is roughly 32x48 including curb. Ceiling is roughly 7' from floor with high hat inside. There is an "up and over" roughly 12x48 that will get tiled.
Please note that the right shower wall is flush with the sheet rock while the left shower wall has a 1.5" return that needs to be tiled.
The yellow area is a recessed plastic shelf that was installed into a framed area, covered with the hardibacker and the seam thoroughly caulked.
All walls are Hardibacker and joints taped and covered with fortified thinset.
The base was built using the markeindustries.com quickpitch and kerb perfect system. Sloped subfloor, liner (water tested), and pitched base on top.
I would assume that the next area that needs to be tiled is the ceiling. I plan on doing this on a diagonal.
Questions:
1. How do I mark up the ceiling so that these tiles go in straight? I have never done diagonal tile before. Walls are fairly plumb.
2. How much room do I leave on the edges?
3. Should I grout before I tile the walls?
4. How do I measure up the circular cut I need to make for high hat? I know how to cut it - I need to know how to measure it.
After the ceiling, what do I do next?
