Hi The engine is a B & S 3.5 hp on a murray frame with regular pull start. Mod 9D902 Type 2005 E1 Code 97081551

This should be what you are looking for.

Both spring ends that resemble a paper clip go through the loop on the governor link.

Many thanks for the great pictures and the speedy reply. I was close but not there. Somehow I had gotten the fuel regulator on the wrong side of the fuel line. All is now well. Thanks again. SHAW
