Does anyone know if I need the Concord voice/telephone module to arm/disarm via phone? I contacted NextAlarm but their reply is unclear as to whether the Concord voice/telephone module is needed in addition to their ABN adapter:

Hello,

Online arming and disarming is not available for Concord systems at this
time. You can arm and disarm through a telephone, however, even if the
system is connected to the ABN adapter.
