#1 Should I use anchors or concrete screws?? (i was told that a vibrating load would cause the anchors to not be secured tightly enough)

#2 How deep should I drill into the brick

#3 If I use concrete screws... the mounting has 4 holes (not sure how big they are) but how big do the screws HAVE to be in order to support this weight??

thank you in advanced

Generally tapcon screws will hold, especially when used on a 4 screw flange. I would use at least 2" screws. But, remember, brick is only a veneer, and not a supporting surface. Do you know what is behind the brick? If there is an OSB backing, it would be better to run 4" screws through the brick veneer and go into the wood, but finding a 4" screw small enough to fit your flange holes will be a trick.
