I have a 19" sanyo tv and lightning struck nearby, now the sound is perfect but the images are orange.I can see everything
on the tv but its orange. Is there anything I can do, or should I just buy another one.

Is this an LCD or a CRT?
Try unplugging it from everything overnight. It might reset itself if none of the components are damaged.
