Greetings all,
Great list here, I have spent the greater part of the morning catching up on what I didn't know..
Here is my situation.
Used Concord 4 (I believe) system. I have wired up
2 motion modules, 3 door sensors, 1 alpha GE 2 line keypad.
+ internal speaker.
when the system was in use in the previous business, it had 3 door sensors, 3 motion modules and 2 keypads enabled with a variety of partitions.
I was provided one code, however, it does not have the rights to enter the program mode. (8+code+0+0) :wall:
I can get into the menus and run tests, however, I cannot enter the program mode.
Is there ANY way to reset EVERYTHING.. right down to installer manual specs for installer / dealer codes for all the programing? :coffee: (jumper on board.. stick in snowbank..etc etc?)
The company that used to provide service this has gone belly up, and I was basically "given" the system when the previous owner moved away.
Thanks All!

Unfortunately, your options here are Slim and None...
Slim= If the installer code has been changed and there is not a dealer code in the panel, the only way to get at it is via download software (Enterprise, which is not usually an option for DIY use), assuming you know the account number...
None= If there is a dealer code in the panel, end of story...

ARRG!
I was hoping that was not the case.
Looks like I only have a few more things to try out.
Thanks for the quick reply!
