a mechanic change the bearing of the rotor, but forgot to tag the wire, now we dont know where the wires are connected from the terminals.. pls some one help... this is the picture of it.. pls check.. if this is right connections... I cant find a wiring diagram... its a SUZUKI SV7500 portable generator..

I can't find a wiring diagram for it either. I saw your post on a different forum during my search for a diagram, but no luck. Judging by the picture, I see the red connected to red, and blue to blue on the junction block. I would assume this is correct, but like you, I would rather know than assume. Looks like the rest of the connections are only able to be made in one manner, so they are probably right as well. Good luck finding a diagram. Maybe you can send a request to suzuki by email for a diagram.

Have you ran it & it has no power output?? I don't know why, but quite often a generator need "flashed" when it has been worked on. Start the unit & run to operating speed. Plug in an electric, reverseable drill & put it in reverse. Pull the trigger of the drill & give the chuck a quick spin by hand causing the drill motor to turn. The drill will act as a small generator & exite the field & it should charge if you feel the wiring is correct in the generator.

THANKS cheese, I LOOK FOR SUZUKI SITE BUT THERE IS NO GENERATOR PRODUCTS ANYMORE.. ONLY BIKES.. MAYBE U KNOW A SITE?
