I yanked my cable cord from my tv by accident. Now I ahve no cable connector in the back of my TV. If I try to repair it myself would there be any soldering involved?

Please read the sticky about working on a TV before opening it. They can hold a deadly charge even when off and unplugged.
If you do have to solder it, Radio Shack sells cheap soldering kits. I've even seen soldering irons at dollar stores.

Soldering will be the least of your worries; you can be sloppy with these things. But did you not pull out a section of the plastic case holding the connector in place, in the process?
