My picture looks like its curved inward on the horizontal. The images are only black and white, with individual pink and green halos with the picture.
The TV takes about an hour to warm up and show the picture.

It sounds like a convergence problem. Many of these can be repaired by the DIYer. You can learn to fix your own tv.
