What is your experience/thoughts on this product? We live near woods and water. We are looking for mosquito control. Pet safe and something that does not need to be plugged in. Are they difficult and costly to maintain? Do they work? Are they worth the money? thanks

Your post has been up a while so I don't know if you are still checking it.

I have seen these devises but don't know how well they work. I presume that you have to turn them on each evening and off when you go inside, to save propane. A 17 pound exchange tank is about $16 in my locale.

Just remember that the pests are attracted from 360 degrees which means many will be flying past you to get to the "magnet". You are a tasty snack on their way.
