I replaced my 6150 with a 6270.
I am getting a "Expansion Mod Failed" message on the keypad.
What does it mean, and how can I fix it?
Many thanks

Were you getting a check 09 message before? What panel do you have?

No check 09 message.
I have a Ademco(ADP) v20p with a Ademco 6270 keypad.
The "Expansion Mod Failed" is showing up at the bottom of the security screen in the middle before the date/time. Alternating between message and what looks like a circuit board?
thanks

Did you enable an AUI address for the touchscreen?

Yes, It is working fine.
I think I set field 189=1 to enable aui.
I can go to console and enter programming, etc. Keypad seems to be working ok.

Was that 6150 a 6150RF? If so, you removed your wireless receiver, thus the expansion trouble.
